I’ve never had a problem in the 10 + years I’ve been renting . I’d give a 5 if I was able to get past the fence today . Two separate renters were trying to get in at 7pm today and our cards would not open gate . The only numbers posted are ones that will not answer . No way to leave an email or call an emergency help number was covered up . This was a big disappointment because we both really needed access to our things at that point . Please provide a way for us to talk to someone / anyone when this happens . Thankyou .“
